Rejuvenate Clinics COVID-19 Policy

At Rejuvenate Clinics we take our responsibility to keep you and us safe very seriously and when we are able to open again, we will be following all government and sector guidelines.
 

We already have in place the following to protect you and us and will keep reviewing and adapting all of our procedures and protocols in line with the latest guidance.


Symptoms
 

Please do not come to the clinic if you have any symptoms. Contact us and we can then re-arrange your appointment as soon as it is safe to do so.
 

If you should develop symptoms of Covid-19 after your appointment, please inform the clinic as a matter of urgency straight away so we can take the necessary actions.


In the clinic
 

You will be required to wear facemasks when you enter the premises. If you do forget your facemask we will bring one to the door for you to put on before you enter.
 

Rejuvenate staff will wear appropriate PPE in line with all guidelines.
 

Please keep personal belongings to a minimum and attend appointments on your own.

 

Treatments


Subject to what type of treatment you are having and on what area of your face and body, will determine whether facemasks can be removed temporarily during treatment. We will advise you when and if it is appropriate to remove your masks during the course of your treatment.


We love to chat and have a catch up, but for now we will keep conversation to a minimum wherever possible.


The use of mobile phones is not permitted during treatments.

Bookings / Consultation

Bookings should be made online, by phone or email.

Any relevant consultation forms will be sent via email prior to every appointment with additional COVID-19 questions in line with guidance at the time.

Appointments

 

When you arrive please wear a facemask and use the designated Rejuvenate Clinics hand sanitiser. We will also take your temperature.
 

Please do your best to arrive on time for your appointment - ideally no more than five minutes before. We will then take you straight to the treatment room. There will be extra time between appointments to allow for a thorough clean between clients.


Payments

We will still require the usual deposits to be made to confirm treatments.
 

Please endeavour to use cards to pay in the clinic wherever possible to minimise the use of cash handling.
 

If you need to cancel treatments due to COVID-19 reasons, then deposits will be transferred over to a new appointment slot.
